Why should I have an account?
You can manage many different aspects of your account online. You can review your personalised card and gift order history, find out which cards you sent to who and when, add names and addresses of friends and family into your address book and also set up calendar reminders for all those important dates you don’t want to forget. We can e-mail you to remind you just before the occasion so you can send a personalised birthday card and show that you really care. Managing your account lets you send great cards and gifts to those people who you really care about – without having to be that organised!
How do I set up an account?
You will be asked to set up an account as you start to buy a card or gift for the first time, or you can click on ‘login/register’, located top right on the homepage. You do not have to have an account to buy cards at TheDogsDoodahs, but to take advantage of the features above you will need an account. You will be asked to register with your e-mail address and your own password. Your password in encrypted and TheDogsDoodahs do not have access to it. If the e-mail address you are trying to register with has already been used you will get a message telling you this.
How do I edit my account details?
Log-into your account and go to Account Details. Here you'll be able to edit you postal address. email address and password.
How do I check the status of an order or older order?
You can see at what stage your card and/or gift is at by logging into your account and click on ‘Order History. Each previous card or gift order is also listed within this section in date order. You will only be able to see the status of an order or an older order if you have an account with TheDogsDoodahs.
Can I see the card I’ve created after I’ve ordered it?
Yes, log in to your account and go to ‘Order History’. Find the card or gift order you want to review and all the information you need should be available.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Maybe, it depends at which stage your card or gift is at within our production processes. Please call us on 0845 900 2873 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or email us with your reason for changing or cancelling your order and we’ll do all we can to help.
I’ve forgotten my email address and/or password?
Your email address and password are unique to you. If you’ve forgotten your password click ‘forgot your password’ on the register page and a new password will be e-mailed to the address you have registered with. You can then change your password within your account to something more memorable. Once you are logged-in, you can change your password at anytime. If you’ve forgotten your e-mail address, please call us so we can re-set your account.
How do I set up and manage my address book?
Log in to your account and go to ‘my addresses’. From here you can add addresses for those people not in your address book, and edit addresses you have already by following the onscreen instructions. You can set up more than one address for each person, so that personalised cards and gifts can be sent to their home or work or even another address – it’s up to you. Lists are arranged alphabetically via First Name or you can choose to view all addresses.
How do I set up and manage my birthday / special day reminders?
To set up and manage your birthday and special day reminders simply log in to you account and go to ‘my reminders’. From here you can add reminders and edit those you already have saved – just follow the onscreen instructions. You can also create reminders for any occasion, such as birthdays and anniversaries, and be reminded as many days in advance that you want to.
Can I change or delete reminders or addresses once I have set them up?
Yes you have full control over your birthday/special day reminders and addresses.
How do you remind me?
We will send you an e-mail reminding you of all the details such as whose occasion it is.
